If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help.

🌿 Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
We believe in giving you the space to reflect — not rush.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

(Please don’t send anything back without checking in with us first — we want to make sure you’re guided every step of the way.)

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and easy instructions to complete the process.

💛 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

When your package arrives, please take a moment to inspect it.
If anything is damaged, defective, or not quite right, email us right away at hello@helloheadspace.com.
We’ll make it right — because you deserve nothing less.

🚫 Items We Can’t Accept Back

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or wellness products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Want something different?
The quickest way is to return your current item (following the steps above) and place a new order once your return is approved.

🇪🇺 Special Note for Our EU Feelers

If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period — meaning you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
(As always, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.)

💌 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.
If more than 15 business days pass after we’ve approved your return and you haven’t seen your refund, please email us at hello@helloheadspace.com.
