  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Details

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey home.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method, but once it leaves our hands, we trust our carrier partners to get it safely to you.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

🌍 International Shipping

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please email hello@helloheadspace.com so we can check availability and rates.
